By signing up for a BnSellit Account (as defined in Section 1) or by using any BnSellit Services (as defined below), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Deposit of Payment Terms”).
As used in these Terms of Service, “we”, “us” and “BnSellit” means BnSellit Technology Inc.
The services offered by BnSellit under the Terms of Service include various products and services to help you sell goods and services to buyers or guests in person (“BnBuyIt Services”). Any such services offered by BnSellit are referred to in these Terms of Services as the “Services”. Any new features or tools which are added to the current Services shall be also subject to the Terms of Service. BnSellit reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the BnSellit website. You are advised to check the Terms of Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you. and if you do not accept such amendments, you must cease using the Services.
You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained or expressly referenced in these Deposit Payment Terms before using BnSellit Service.
1. Account Terms
- BnSellit collects 100% of the purchase amount (“Purchase Total”) from purchasers or guests using the BnBuyIt partner app and your Host ID to view items and services.
- BnSellit retains a twenty percent (20%) transaction fee (“Transaction Fee”) from the Purchase Total and remits on a bi-monthly basis eighty percent (80%) the (“Host Share”) of the Total Purchase to you.
- The Host Share is deposited to the Authorized Payment Information provided by you in the BnSellit App.
2. Payment or Deposit Options
2.1 Direct Bank Deposit of Payment
The Host Share will be deposited directly to the bank account information provided. You are responsible for all bank and related fees for this option. BnSellit reserves the right to withhold from the Host Share any associated bank or other charges
2.2 PayPal Account.
The Host Share will be deposited directly to the Paypal Email Address and account information provided. You are responsible for all Paypal Transfer fees for this option. BnSellit reserves the right to withhold from the Host Share any associated Paypal or other charges related to this option.
2.3 Payment By Cheque
The Host Share will be sent via Bank Cheque or Check using regular mail directly to the Mailing Address provided. You are responsible to ensure that the Mailing Address provided is accurate and valid. You are responsible for all fees related to the stop payment, re-issuance of the Payment by Mail due to invalid address or other issues related to the Mailing Address.
